Ideas and Responses week5 Researching

There are images shows us that strong ideas. Those ideas might inspire my work of this course.

The first work is about a car that drowning in the river. As you can tell, there is no water at all. The reason why we see this floor as water is that texture of the floor even the reflection looks like the same with water. This artist took some part from cars and cut it as an angle then. It is pretty interesting way that he put it on the ground because the shadow of the car also make good effect of this work. 

This work is also interesting that very simple but contain a lot of element on it. Firstly the whole work shows a opposite way of things in the table. It is based on Yin Yang theory which is everything has their two sides and those two sides must be balance. As we can see from this work that all the setup is like the opposite way from right side to left side. Even the lights come from the top. The reason why they use lights like that is they don't want to break the balance by the shadow of the objects.
  

The last work I found inspire me so much because my two works are animals and drawings. This one I found contained both of them. The struggling human can be he animal and it is also a drawing. The main point of this work is very simple but strong. That is what conceptual art all about actually.
