Raw image CRITIQUE image (4)

Sunrise,Oscar-Claude Monet, 1872(impression)

This is a famous impression painting from Monet who is the great artist based in France. All his paintings based his highly painting skills and great controlling of shadow.

The painting is the sunrise in the morning mist shrouded scene. Being composed of lavender, red, blue and grey colour such as orange. The rounding sea full of vigour red dragged a wisp of orange yellow. The rising sun, sea and sky in a relaxed tone of scenery. Criss-cross penetration. All blend into one harmonious whole. Three boats offshore in the mist gradually blurred and building in the distance. The port, crane, ship masts in the light of looming

This painting has very good skill for controlling of distance. It is like a photo that objects from close to disappear. And the cold colour he used makes people feel a little bit cool and it also answers tittle Sunrise.

The brush technic he used is my favourite style. It can make the objects more tight and strong.
